Made-to-Order Production All Ten33 Gear products are printed to order. Please allow 14–21 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your location and order size.

Shipping Times Transit times are in addition to the production window and vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Ten33 Gear is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
