Refund policy

Ten33 Gear specializes in made-to-order custom printing. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will reprint and reship the correct item at no charge. You do not need to return the original. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
